Job Description Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant (Project-Based, Night Shift) Location: Remote (US Night Shift Hours) Job Type: Project-Based / Contract About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support our ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly skilled in Workday HCM, and comfortable working during US night shift hours. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules based on project requirements. - Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. - Handle business process configuration, security setup, integrations, and reporting. - Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. - Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as needed. - Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant (minimum 23 years). - Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM core modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll). - Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security, and reporting. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment. - Flexibility to work US night shift hours. Nice to Have: - Workday certification(s) in relevant modules. - Experience in global implementations or support. Contract Type: Project-Based (duration to be discussed during interview).
