The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of end-to-end payroll management experience, ensuring compliance with local regulations, accuracy in processing, and timely delivery of payroll for multi-country operations.Responsibilities:• End-to-End Payroll Management: Process, review, and validate payroll for India, US, UK, and European countries in compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.• Compliance & Statutory Adherence: Ensure adherence to country-specific labor laws, income tax, PF, social security, pension schemes, and other statutory contributions.• Global Payroll Coordination: Liaise with international payroll vendors, HR, and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment of payroll cycles.• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in payroll processes and implement automation or standardization to improve accuracy and efficiency.• Audit & Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support internal/external audits across multiple regions.• Employee Support: Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, deductions, and pay slips across geographies.• Data Management: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data in compliance with GDPR and other data protection standards.Skills & Qualifications• Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory laws (PF, ESI, Income Tax, FLSA, HMRC, GDPR, social security, etc.).• Tools: Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or similar).• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with global teams.• Analytical Ability : Strong numerical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
