About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new tools/software.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
