Manage risk across international commercial operations.5. Digital Transformation - Drive digital initiatives to improve process efficiency.6. People Management - Lead and develop a 5-member specialized team.Candidate ProfileQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).Experience: 8–10 years in export commercial processes, budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder engagement.Performance Metrics (KPIs)- Sales target adherence.- Gross margin optimization.- Reduction in AR days.- Cost efficiency (SVC, Opex).- Customer satisfaction (NPS, dispatch adherence).- Compliance adherence.- Digital project execution.
