T-Hub, India's leading innovation ecosystem enabler, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various programs and initiatives aimed at fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup growth within our vibrant ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• Program Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various defence programs and initiatives organized by T-Hub, including incubation programs, accelerator programs, workshops, and events.
• Startup Engagement: Engage with startups within the T-Hub ecosystem, providing support, guidance, and resources to facilitate their growth and success.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, mentors, and industry experts to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiative in defence sector
• New Business support: Support T-Hub Defence team in collaterals and documentation for new accounts.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program participants, startup profiles, and program outcomes using internal databases platforms, budgeting of the program etc.
• Communication: Prepare communication materials, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate program updates, success stories, and key learnings to stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing logistics for events, and handling day-to-day operational tasks.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market opportunities, and best practices to inform program development and strategy.
• Technical Assessment: Assessment of progress report of startups including technical and commercial evaluation
Qualifications:
BTech/ BSc or MBA in any relatable filed from renowned university
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the startup ecosystem, entrepreneurship support organizations, or innovation hubs.
• Affinity towards Aerospace and Defence sector.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and making a positive impact on the startup ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
