Summary


We are looking for a skilled and client-centric Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Cyber Security team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving the successful deployment, integration, and optimization of advanced cyber security solutions. Combining technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and excellent relationship management, you will play a key role in enhancing client security postures, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to their long-term success



Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing inquiries and escalations.
  • Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance for deploying and integrating cyber security solutions into client environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with engineering and support teams as needed.
  • Conduct technical reviews to ensure optimal utilization of solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver technical training, best practices, and documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor client environments to pre-empt potential issues and enhance overall security posture.
  • Advocate for client feedback to influence product development and service enhancements.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to meet objectives.
  • Prepare and present periodic updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, cyber threats, and emerging technologies.
  • Share insights and innovations to help clients maximize the value of their investments.


Qualification & Experience


  • Strong background in cyber security, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and teams.
  • Skilled in managing client projects and using CRM tools.
  • Dedicated to understanding and resolving client challenges effectively.
  • Experience with cyber security tools and platforms such as firewalls, threat detection, and cloud security solutions.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation for security operations.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.
