Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer Location: Remote Duration: Full-Time Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST **Excellent Coomunication Skills** Job Descritpion: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-commerce testing (web and mobile platforms) and demonstrate expertise in both automation (70%) and manual (30%) testing. This role requires hands-on experience in building robust test automation frameworks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality product releases in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium, following Page Object Model (POM) design principles and best coding practices. Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports to ensure complete test coverage. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across web and mobile platforms. Identify, document, and track defects clearly and concisely using issue-tracking tools. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and refine testing strategies. Participate actively in daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and reviews, maintaining continuous communication via Zoom during working hours. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 7 years in software QA/testing roles. Domain Expertise: Strong background in E-commerce applications (web and mobile). Automation Tools: Proficiency in Playwright (preferred) or Selenium. Programming Skills: Strong command of Java Script and frameworks built on Type Script. Testing Methodologies: Proven experience with functional, regression, and integration testing. Test Documentation: Ability to write clear and detailed test cases, test plans, and reports. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present test plans, discuss strategies, and log detailed bugs. Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
