Position Name: IT Recruiter (Junior)

Experience: at least 1 year in IT recruitment

Min qualification required: Bachelor’s degree

Job Requirement(s):

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.

3. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions.

7. Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.

8. A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Position Name: IT Recruiter (Senior)

Experience: 5 years or above in IT recruitment

Job Type: Full time permanent

Job Location: Bhubaneswar, India

Job Requirement(s):


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting for a variety of technical roles (software engineering, data science, DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience working with different technology stacks and understanding technical requirements.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for high-growth startups or large-scale organizations is preferred.


Skills & Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate technical skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .


Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team goals.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
