Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based on-site in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations at SOCH. The role involves collaborating with project managers and staff to ensure effective HR strategies and practices.

Qualifications
  • Recruitment, Training and Development, and Performance Management skills
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a non-profit environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the non-profit sector or social services is a plus
