Job Opening: Tableau Developer
Location: Bhubaneswar, India
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting data-driven BI solutions. If you have a passion for translating complex data into actionable insights and creating engaging visualizations, we would love to hear from you
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, develop, document, test, and deploy BI solutions
Translate data into meaningful operational insights to drive decision-making
Enhance and support existing BI solutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Develop engaging visualizations and reports for various projects
Maintain and support the analytics platform
Develop and execute database queries for analysis
Create and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions
Implement best practices for optimal performance, usability, and maintainability
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
Strong passion for visually communicating insights from data
In-depth understanding of data warehousing, OLAP concepts, and data formats for visualization tools
Expertise in SQL, with strong database query skills
Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python preferred)
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, especially in data
Experience with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the Life Sciences field
Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical development, and/or clinical trials is a plus
Familiarity with AWS database access or Snowflake is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to present data insights via dashboards, charts, and graphs to stakeholders
Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Strong collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
High level of integrity, dependability, and results-orientation
