The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and placing IT consultants on projects, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and successfully marketing qualified consultants on the bench. The role requires coordination with relevant stakeholders to understand client needs and propose matching candidates effectively. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, following up on placement status, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.QualificationsBench sales expertise including experience in marketing IT consultants, ensuring placements, and understanding client requirementsStrong skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and building client relationships effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a professional settingAbility to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independentlyProficiency in using staffing and recruitment databases, tools, and softwareFamiliarity with visa and work authorization processes in IT consultingRelevant experience in the recruitment or IT staffing industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
