Qualifications Bench sales expertise including experience in marketing IT consultants, ensuring placements, and understanding client requirements Strong skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and building client relationships effectively Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a professional setting Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Proficiency in using staffing and recruitment databases, tools, and software Familiarity with visa and work authorization processes in IT consulting Relevant experience in the recruitment or IT staffing industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
