E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be directly responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other platforms. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement strategies, run experiments, and generate insights that contribute to pipeline growth and customer acquisition. Launch and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms. Monitor performance daily, adjusting campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPL. Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience testing. Testing & Creative Input Support A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages. Provide performance insights to the design/content team for improving creatives. 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing. ~ Proven ability to run LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting). ~ Indepth expertise on Google analytics.
