Marketing Assistant – Social Media

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our digital and e-commerce initiatives. This role will focus on managing social media accounts, supporting online store operations, and coordinating with influencers to drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced global team. Location: (Hybrid - Should be based out of Bengaluru ) Employment Type: Full-Time What You’ll Do Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and report on performance metrics Coordinate with influencers: outreach, communication, negotiating collaborations, and tracking deliverables Support the online store by ensuring accurate product listings, images, and descriptions Assist in managing promotions, product launches, and campaigns across digital channels Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for content and influencer partnerships Qualifications & Skills: Exposure to US Market preferable Home Décor Products 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce support Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Familiarity with influencer outreach and relationship management Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or similar) is a plus Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with an international team and flexible to meet deadlines across time zones Why Join Us: Opportunity to work with international lifestyle and home décor brands Be part of a growing team with room for career growth Exposure to influencer marketing and e-commerce best practices across multiple retailers
