Position:NetSuite Finance Functional ConsultantJob Description:We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise across all finance modules of NetSuite, including advanced capabilities. The consultant will be responsible for driving implementations, optimizations, and ongoing support of NetSuite Financials to maximize business value, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with finance and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver robust financial processes and reporting solutions.Experience:Total: 5+ yearsRelevant: 5+ years hands-on experience in NetSuite Financials, including both standard and advanced modulesEducational Qualification:CA / CMA / Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplineWork Location:RemoteProject Duration / Contract Term:6 Months + ExtendableWork Model:RemoteMust-Have Skills:Strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite Financial modules – General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, TaxationProven experience in advanced modules – Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Multi-book Accounting, Advanced Financials, SuiteBilling, and BudgetingAbility to lead full lifecycle NetSuite Finance implementations and upgradesDeep understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance requirementsExperience in configuration, workflow automation, and system optimization within NetSuiteStrong skills in developing and optimizing financial reports, dashboards, and KPIsHands-on expertise in data integrity, migration, and integrations with third-party/legacy systemsNice-to-Have Skills:Prior experience in handling international finance processes and compliance requirementsExposure to SuiteAnalytics and advanced reporting toolsExperience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiativesPrior experience working with offshore/remote client delivery modelsCertifications (Preferred):NetSuite Finance Functional CertificationBudget Range:OpenAdditional Information:Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsImmediate to 15 days joining preferredAbility to work independently in a remote setup and manage client interactions across time zonesWill require handling 2–3 rounds of client interviews
