Position Overview

As our NetSuite Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing, optimizing, and supporting our NetSuite environment to ensure seamless internal processes across finance, HR, payroll, and talent services. Youll bridge system functionality with business needs to drive compliance, efficiency, and scalability in our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite system: conduct configurations, manage roles/permissions, build workflows, and execute custom reports and dashboards.
  • Lead integration efforts between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., payroll, time tracking, CRM).
  • Validate, test, and deploy system updates, bundles, and enhancements.
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support: troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and maintain high system uptime.
  • Document system configurations, business processes, and user guides; deliver training to stakeholders.
  • Implement and execute change control processes for the NetSuite environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, HR, operations, and IT to align technical solutions with business objectives.

  • Stay abreast of NetSuite best practices and regulatory compliance relevant to global payroll and HR operations.

  • Implement enhancements based on evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a NetSuite Administrator or in a closely related role.

  • Strong skills in NetSuite configuration (workflows, scripting, custom reports) and SuiteScript (1.0 or 2.x).

  • Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party tools (e.g., payroll platforms, ATS, financial institutions).

  • Experience in multinational Netsuite environments

  • Solid grasp of finance and HR processes, particularly in staffing or payroll environments.

  • Can communicate effectively in spoken and written English

  • Exceptional problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with staffing industry financial processes (e.g., high-volume payroll, temp billing) strongly preferred
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification.
  • Experience in global payroll or EOR operations.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (IRS, DOL regulations) in workforce management.
