Position:
NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise across all finance modules of NetSuite, including advanced capabilities. The consultant will be responsible for driving implementations, optimizations, and ongoing support of NetSuite Financials to maximize business value, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with finance and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver robust financial processes and reporting solutions.
Experience:
- Total: 5+ years
- Relevant: 5+ years hands-on experience in NetSuite Financials, including both standard and advanced modules
Educational Qualification:
CA / CMA / Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite Financial modules – General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Taxation
- Proven experience in advanced modules – Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Multi-book Accounting, Advanced Financials, SuiteBilling, and Budgeting
- Ability to lead full lifecycle NetSuite Finance implementations and upgrades
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Experience in configuration, workflow automation, and system optimization within NetSuite
- Strong skills in developing and optimizing financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Hands-on expertise in data integrity, migration, and integrations with third-party/legacy systems
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in handling international finance processes and compliance requirements
- Exposure to SuiteAnalytics and advanced reporting tools
- Experience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prior experience working with offshore/remote client delivery models
Certifications (Preferred):
- NetSuite Finance Functional Certification

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Immediate to 15 days joining preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage client interactions across time zones
- Will require handling 2–3 rounds of client interviews
