We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to take the reins of our Sector-14 location. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales, manage all aspects of restaurant operations, and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesThe General Manager will be responsible for the overall success and profitability of the restaurant, focusing on operational excellence, financial performance, and team leadership.1. Guest Experience and Service Excellence* Handle Guest Relations: Personally interact with guests, addressing all feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.* Service Standards: Establish, implement, and maintain the highest standards for food quality, presentation, and dining room service.* Ambiance Management: Ensure the restaurant's aesthetic appeal, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere meet The Sial Kitchen's standards.2. Sales, Finance, and Profitability* Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and customer traffic, including local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.* Financial Oversight: Manage the restaurant's P&L (Profit & Loss) statement, controlling costs related to labor, food, and supplies to maximize profitability.* Inventory and Ordering: Oversee all inventory management, ordering, and receiving processes to minimize waste and ensure product availability.3. Operations and Compliance* Daily Operations: Supervise all shift operations (front-of-house and back-of-house) to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with all company policies.* Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.* Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee equipment and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and fully functional working environment.4.
