Join Finolex Industries Limited – We’re Hiring a BTL ManagerAs a BTL (Below-The-Line) Manager , you'll plan and execute high-impact, on-ground brand activations and gifting initiatives across India. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and partner engagement through strategic BTL campaigns, while managing budgets, analyzing performance, and optimizing results. With a strong focus on team leadership and vendor coordination, you’ll ensure every experience reflects the brand’s values and delivers measurable impact.Your Role & Responsibilities:Pan India BTL ActivitiesPlan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities across India, including events, activations, and promotional programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute BTL strategies that drive sales and brand awarenessManage budgets, track ROI, and analyze effectiveness of BTL activitiesGifting Activities for Channel PartnersPlan and execute gifting activities for channel partners, including selection of gifts, procurement, and logistics managementEnsure gifting activities align with brand objectives and enhance partner relationshipsManage budgets and track ROI for gifting activitiesAnalysis and OptimizationAnalyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to evaluate BTL activity effectivenessMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisionsTeam ManagementLead and develop a team of vendor associates, providing guidance, support, and trainingManage performance, coaching, and mentoring third party team membersRequired Qualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Marketing 10+ years of experience in BTL, Trade Marketing, Gifting (Corporate/Festival), Retail Management, or related rolesRequired Key Competencies:Strong understanding of BTL principles, product assortment planning, and retail marketing strategiesExcellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience managing and developing a team
