Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Development & Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners (real estate brokers, agents, consultants, etc.).
- Establish clear expectations, set performance targets, and provide continuous support to channel partners.
- Regularly engage with partners to nurture relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct training programs to ensure channel partners are well-versed in Arvind SmartSpaces' offerings, value propositions, and sales techniques.
- Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential and commercial properties through channel partners.
- Design and roll out incentive programs, promotions, and marketing support to channel partners to boost sales.
- Monitor sales performance, track lead generation, and support the conversion of leads into successful deals.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on customer and partner input.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth post-sales support and a positive customer experience.
- Market Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance of channel partners.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Review and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve channel partner performance.
- Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate pricing, commission structures, and contract terms with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and quality standards.
- Work with the legal and finance teams to draft and review partner agreements.
- Brand Building & Awareness:
- Promote Arvind SmartSpaces’ brand through partnerships and collaborative efforts.
- Attend real estate events, seminars, and networking functions to represent the company and expand its partner network.
- Ensure that all communication and marketing materials used by channel partners align with the brand's positioning and values.
