Pardot Integration Specialist

Techtinium Technologies is looking for a talented and passionate Pardot Integration Specialist. Our Client is a non-profit organization in the US and is dedicated to scientific space exploration. We are looking for a Salesforce & Pardot expert to support the existing implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce and Pardot, with a focus on enhancing donor engagement and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute email marketing campaigns including email campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns with expert knowledge of industry-leading marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.
  • Carrying out A/B testing on ad-hoc and automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
  • Design and manage automation workflows such as nurture programs, drip campaigns, and event-triggered communications.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, workflows, and Flows).
  • Set up and refine lead scoring models to align with campaign goals.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits and cleanups.
  • Create reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Manage third-party integrations to ensure seamless functionality and address any integration issues.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional and external teams for successful campaign execution.
  • Manage Pardot setup, integration, and management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation, specifically with Salesforce Pardot.
  • Strong skills in Pardot’s and Salesforce’s reporting features, including building custom reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to occasionally work Pacific Standard hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
