Marketing Communications Specialist

Techtinium Technologies is looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Communications Specialist. Our Client is a non-profit organization in the US and is dedicated to scientific space exploration. We are looking for a Salesforce & Pardot expert to support the existing implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce and Pardot, with a focus on enhancing donor engagement and fundraising efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Pardot.
  • Ensure all emails are optimized for performance and deliverability.
  • Utilize A/B testing to improve response rates and conversions.
  • Implement and manage lead nurturing programs using Pardot. Set up and refine lead scoring models to align with campaign goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automated journeys. Use data to recommend improvements in campaign strategies.
  • Manage lists, segmentations, and data integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and strong project management and leadership skills, particularly for executing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation, specifically with Salesforce Pardot.
  • Strong skills in Pardot’s and Salesforce’s reporting features, including building custom reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to occasionally work Pacific Standard hours for calls with the American team.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Six-day work week
