What We’re Looking For
We need a skilled Backend Developer with a passion for coding, adaptability, and an appetite for solving challenging problems. If you’re experienced in building robust systems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited about the impact your work can have, we’d love to connect.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong command of backend technologies: Ruby, Golang, Python, Node.js (preferably Node.js).
- Hands-on experience with unit and integration tests ; TDD is a plus.
- Proficient in database concepts ; experience with MongoDB is preferred.
- Exposure to infrastructure: CI/CD setup, deployments, security , and AWS is an advantage.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop features with a focus on scalability and security.
- Conduct code reviews, deployments, and rollouts with a high standard of quality.
- Maintain best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
- Optimize security and infrastructure through active contribution and improvements.

- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to engage in product and strategy discussions .
