Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with 5–8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and be skilled in all aspects of design, from concept development to construction. While workplace design experience is preferable, we seek individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong foundation in design and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
Develop creative and technically accurate design plans.
Participate in all stages of design, from concept development to construction documentation.
Ensure designs align with project schedules and budgets.
Project Coordination:
Communicate effectively with consultants and vendors for smooth project coordination.
Understand and contribute to project processes, schedules, and financial considerations.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and Excel for design and project documentation.
Apply a strong understanding of engineering aspects to designs.
Site Assessment:
Assess the existing conditions of buildings to inform design decisions and project feasibility.
Team Collaboration and Responsibility:
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality designs.
Maintain organization, responsibility, and reliability in managing tasks and working with team members and consultants.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
5–8 years of experience in design, preferably with exposure to workplace projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong understanding of design processes, engineering principles, and project management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Highly organized, hardworking, and team-oriented.
