Head of HRFast-Growing B2C Startup | MumbaiExperience: 16–18 yearsAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic Head of HR to lead and scale the people function of a rapidly expanding B2C startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building teams from the ground up, managing high-volume hiring, and partnering closely with business leadership to drive organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:Drive the end-to-end HR strategy , aligning people practices with business objectives.Lead large-scale recruitment initiatives , building robust talent pipelines across levels and functions.Establish strong HR governance, performance management , and employee engagement frameworks suited to a fast-paced startup environment.Act as a strategic advisor to founders and senior leadership , shaping organizational structure, culture, and capability.Develop scalable HR systems and processes to support rapid headcount expansion.Lead workforce planning, learning & development, and compensation design initiatives.Key Requirements:15–18 years of experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership HR role within a fast-growing B2C startup .Demonstrated experience in scaling organizations and managing high-volume recruitment .Strong business acumen with hands-on HR execution capability.Proven ability to operate in an ambiguous, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment .Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.If this sounds like you, please click apply or drop a note on for a confidential chat.
