Job Title: Business Analyst – Product Champion Experience Required: Only 0 to 2 Years (Preferably in a Product-Based Software Company) Immediate Joiner Preferred Act as the product champion for newly launched Digital Harbor products. Promote them to both internal teams and external customers by highlighting their core differentiators and business value. Data-Driven Analysis: ~ Collaborate with the Product and Data teams to define key product success metrics. Analyse product usage data, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product performance and adoption. Identify and nurture product ambassadors within business teams to drive user adoption and streamline existing processes onto Digital Harbor’s new products. Apply structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and business thinking to align product enhancements with customer value and business outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software product-based environment . Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or SQL). Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred.
