Job Description/ Responsibilities : Self driven, dynamic candidate with a strong marketing/sales background. Should have experience in generating leads, through different channels, of C&I segment power consumers who are willing to procure RE power/ set up RE power plants Should be well versed with Open Access Regulations across different states in India for sale of RE power. Responsible for Business Development in the assigned region including customer acquisition so as to increase Sales revenue quarter after quarter. Will be accountable for achieving Top line and Margin targets. Will also be responsible for Sales Promotion, Customer Relationship Management, Market research including competitor information, and Service. Formulating strategies & Tapping unexplored market segments for business expansion. Reviewing the market response/ requirements/change and communicating the same to the management. Involved in business development function of the SBU : Responsible for analysis & Study of RFP/RFQ, Solution/Proposal Development, Product Presentation, Negotiation, Order Procurement and Relationship Management Scanning and analyzing emerging business scenario in Power, Steel, Mining and Port sectors Execute end-to-end marketing strategy which should include web marketing. Assist marketing head in developing marketing collaterals and advertising. Ensure accuracy & timeliness as per business needs & demonstrate high sense of accountability Techno-commercial negotiation, timely Order processing and Offer processing Maintain proper documentation and feedback received for all activities of Industrial Customer. To make sales calls & enquires. To achieve a predefined target by aggressive sales & marketing. Candidate must be ready for extensive travel for the purpose of maintaining and developing new market Drive the company's sales and promotions during fairs & exhibitions. Find new and better ways to enlist more clients and customers.
