Office Assistant

Calendar & Travel Management: Efficiently manage the CMD's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while ensuring all logistics align with preferences.
Communication & Documentation: Handle incoming communications, prioritize correspondence, and prepare/edit documents, presentations, and reports for CMD's review.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, manage follow-ups, and ensure smooth meeting logistics (room bookings, technology setup, catering).
Project Management Support: Assist in coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications for key projects. Provide regular progress updates and maintain project documentation.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Safeguard sensitive information and represent the CMD in internal and external interactions with professionalism and discretion.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Time & Task Prioritization: Assess and prioritize tasks to optimize the CMD's focus on high-impact activities and manage urgent situations effectively.
Decision Support: Gather and analyze data to assist the CMD in strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Office & Team Coordination: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth communication and workflow within the CMD's team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting senior leadership.
