Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst and Market Research professional to join our team.
This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the company make informed business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, data analysis, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis and Reporting: Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to clients.
KPI Development: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and client outcomes.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within client organizations and recommend solutions.
Market Research and Analysis: Data Collection: Gather data from primary and secondary sources to support market research projects.
Market Trends: Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats for clients.
Customer Insights: Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather customer insights and preferences.
Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitors' strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
Strategic Leadership: Identification: Assessing and identifying areas for improvement in the company’s present business process.
Organisational Analysis: Define and manage the organizational changes with reference to the process, technology, and organizational structure Assessment: Analysing organizational charts and business processes Project Management: Multitasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing regular updates on project progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, marketing specialists, and senior consultants, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations. Required Skillset: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or consulting.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, One Drive, etc.) and market research software.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
Multitasking Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Client Management: Strong client management skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationship
