As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated freshers who want to build a career in operations, client management, and digital marketing support.About the RoleAdtitude Digital is hiring fresh graduates and students in their final year for a fully remote Sales and Operations Associate role. This role is best suited for individuals who want to start their careers in Sales, operations and Business Development.Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will not be considered.Candidates must be comfortable working in a night shift remote role.Candidates must be comfortable working on screenshare.Key ResponsibilitiesClient CoordinationAssist with day-to-day client communication and follow-upsMaintain task lists, deadlines, and deliverablesTrack ongoing projects and update internal teamsOperations & ReportingMaintaining Sales data and documentation.Coordinate meetings using Google Calendar and SlackHelp improve workflows and operational efficiencyRequired Skills (Must-Have)0–1 years of experience only (freshers preferred)Strong written & communication skills in EnglishBasic Google Docs and Google Sheets proficiencyClose attention to detail for data entry and reportingReliable laptop and stable internet connectionAbility to work on the night shift 7 PM–5 AM IST (1 hour break included)Preferred SkillsBasic Excel knowledgeStrong online research abilityWillingness to learn new tools quicklyWhy Join Us?No sales targets or quotasGreat opportunity to build experience in digital marketing operationsIndustry:Technology, Information and Media
