As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated freshers who want to build a career in operations, client management, and digital marketing support.About the RoleAdtitude Digital is hiring fresh graduates and students in their final year for a fully remote Sales and Operations Associate role. This role is best suited for individuals who want to start their careers in Sales, operations and Business Development.Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will not be considered. Candidates must be comfortable working in a night shift remote role. Candidates must be comfortable working on screenshare.Key Responsibilities Client Coordination Assist with day-to-day client communication and follow-ups Maintain task lists, deadlines, and deliverables Track ongoing projects and update internal teams Operations & Reporting Maintaining Sales data and documentation. Coordinate meetings using Google Calendar and Slack Help improve workflows and operational efficiencyRequired Skills (Must-Have)0–1 years of experience only (freshers preferred) Strong written & communication skills in English Basic Google Docs and Google Sheets proficiency Close attention to detail for data entry and reporting Reliable laptop and stable internet connection Ability to work on the night shift 7 PM–5 AM IST (1 hour break included)Preferred SkillsBasic Excel knowledge Strong online research ability Willingness to learn new tools quicklyWhy Join Us?No sales targets or quotas Great opportunity to build experience in digital marketing operationsIndustry: Technology, Information and Media
