Overview: Brain Discovery Global School is a leading educational institution known for its innovative approach to learning and holistic development. As part of our strategic growth, we are looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Expansion Head to spearhead our franchise sales and expansion efforts. This role is crucial to scaling our brand and network of schools, both domestically and internationally, by identifying, recruiting, and supporting high-quality franchisees that align with our mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities: Franchise Sales & Business Development:
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of franchise expansion across multiple regions (domestic and international).
Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities by targeting potential franchise partners and investors.
Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
Conduct market analysis and research to identify new territories for expansion.
Build relationships with prospective franchisees through networking, direct outreach, events, and marketing initiatives.
Franchisee Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end franchise recruitment process, from initial inquiry to franchise agreement signing.
Qualify potential franchisees based on financial stability, experience, and alignment with the Brain Discovery Global School brand values.
Oversee the franchisee onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into the franchise system.
Franchise Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
Deliver compelling franchise presentations to potential franchisees.
Effectively negotiate franchise agreements, ensuring mutual alignment of expectations and terms.
Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure all franchise agreements comply with company standards and legal requirements.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns to promote franchise opportunities.
Attend industry events, expos, and trade shows to represent the brand and engage with potential franchise partners.
Build a strong and positive brand presence in the franchise community.
Franchise Network Support & Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees during the recruitment phase and continue to foster strong relationships post-launch.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure they are set up for success.
Monitor franchisee performance and provide guidance on operational, financial, and marketing strategies to maximize success.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Develop annual franchise expansion goals and growth strategies in line with the company’s overall business objectives.
Report regularly to senior leadership on franchise sales performance, key metrics, and expansion progress.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Brain Discovery Global School remains competitive and innovative in its franchise offerings.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully growing franchise networks, including market identification, franchisee recruitment, and expansion strategies.
Deep understanding of the franchise business model, franchise law, and the educational sector (knowledge of K-12 or international school systems is a plus).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and meet ambitious growth targets.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, legal, finance) to support franchise growth.
Familiarity with CRM systems, franchise management software, and reporting tools.
