Role: Sales and Marketing Specialist

1. Pain Management & Physical Rehabilitation with Heal XR:
- Heal XR Platform : Verity’s Heal XR platform is a CDSCO-registered medical device that seamlessly integrates Applied Neuroscience, Virtual Reality, AI, Advanced Data Analytics, and Gamification.
- Non-Invasive Solutions : Heal XR offers drug-free solutions for pain management and rehabilitation across various medical specialties, including Neurology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and more.
- Patient-Centric Approach : Patients benefit from immersive gamification and personalized progress tracking, accelerating their recovery.
2. Surgical Training with Sim XR:
- Sim XR Platform : Verity’s Sim XR platform combines Mixed Reality, AI, and Cloud Computing.
- Realistic Training : Trainee surgeons can create virtual operating theaters in any space and train on realistic scenarios.
- Cloud-Based Recording : Training sessions are recorded and securely stored in the cloud for review by professors.

The Role
Verity is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing (S&M) Specialist to join our team. The S&M specialist must be passionate about working in the healthcare space for a startup and exhibit the following qualities.
- Empathy : Understanding the needs and challenges of patients and healthcare providers can drive more user-centric solutions.
- Adaptability : Essential due to the fast-paced nature of startups and the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare technology.
- Detail-Oriented : Ensuring that work meets stringent regulatory standards, patient and healthcare client needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills and Creativity : Vital for innovating and overcoming the complex challenges inherent in healthcare.
- Collaboration and Communication : Necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, product development and business strategists.
The S&M Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand awareness for Verity Heal XR . This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on expanding Verity Heal XR's presence within healthcare segments related to pain management and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have experience in tech and healthcare marketing and a proven record in sales, preferably in immersive technology or medical equipment.
Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centers, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare administrators, physicians, surgeons, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Develop, present, and demonstrate Verity Heal XR’s offerings, showcasing its unique benefits for enhancing patient recovery and engagement.
- Negotiate contracts, manage sales cycles, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing Strategy
- Lead marketing campaigns to promote Verity Heal XR to targeted healthcare markets.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop messaging that highlights Verity Heal XR’s unique value proposition.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, blog content, and social media posts to engage with the healthcare community and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand and communicate product updates, customer feedback, and new feature releases.
Event and Conference Coordination
- Represent Verity XR at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Lead development of presentations, booths, and marketing collateral for event use, ensuring consistency with the brand's message and goals.
- Build partnerships with key industry stakeholders to drive collaborative marketing opportunities.
Market Research and Insights
- Gather insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and marketing ROI to optimize campaigns and adjust strategies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the product and development teams to align on customer needs and product roadmaps.
- Coordinate with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service for new clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the healthcare, medical, or technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of VR, XR and AI is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for industry events and client meetings as needed.
