Designation : Manager-Sales & Marketing

Position Overview:
The Manager - Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading GTM efforts for RARE. This includes identifying potential members to target, reaching out to them and pitching the offering, converting them and onboarding onto RARE. In addition, they will also support in developing and executing marketing strategies that position RARE as the premier luxury lifestyle brand. This role requires background in sales for luxury products, along with strategic thinking and the ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain GTM plans
- Manage sales pitch presentation, updating it with latest offerings
- Pitch to potential members, walking them through the offering and addressing their questions Onboard new members
- Work with the branding agency to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including designing comms
Background and Requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle brand
- Preferred backgrounds include wealth management, private banking, premium credit cards, clubs, luxury retail, auto, and hospitality brands
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Strong analytical skills
