Analyse and map out customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for digital engagement. Develop strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions through personalized and targeted digital interactions. Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital solutions that support brand building and customer retention.
