We’re now looking for a Senior Business Developer to help us expand our client base, strengthen our market presence, and build long-term partnerships.

The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for driving business growth at DSYN House by identifying opportunities, pitching services, closing deals, and building relationships with brands, agencies, and corporates. This role requires a strong network, excellent communication, and the ability to represent DSYN House’s wide spectrum of creative capabilities.

Client Acquisition & Growth
Identify, research, and target new business opportunities in the creative, media, branding, and production sectors .
Negotiate contracts, retainers, and one-time projects ensuring profitability for DSYN House.
Collaborate with leadership to finalize financials, commission structures, and client agreements.

Strategy & Market Development
4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition , preferably in a creative agency, production house, or media studio .
~ Strong network in industries such as luxury, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, corporate, or tech .
~ Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term client relationship building .
~ Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
