A well-rounded professional with 6 -7 years of core FMCG, D2C marketing experience. A creative thinker with analytical rigour, manage both digital and traditional channels, and have strong communication and organizational skills. Marketing Strategy & Planning Execute annual strategic plans to increase market share, achieve targeted growth, and maintain the long-term health of the brand Plan, execute, and track performance of marketing campaigns across different channels Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing strategies and communication plans for the brand Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and other materials Develop in-store communication strategy (POS, promotions, loyalty programs) Work closely with marketing, design, sales, creative, and media teams to ensure brand consistency and effective implementation across all touchpoints Execute product launches by taking ownership of through communication, pricing, consumer engagement, and brand-building opportunities Digital Marketing Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) 6 - 7 years of core FMCG experience in marketing, 1–2 years of prior sales experience is a bonus Digital marketing experience Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Strong grasp of online and offline channels Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
