The Costco GDX Order Management team is seeking a talented individual to strategically define, guide, and champion the products that power our multi-billion-dollar eCommerce business.
This role will be instrumental in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, focusing heavily on defining the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog with an opportunity to make a tangible impact on millions of members globally within a rapidly expanding eCommerce landscape.

Delivering innovative capabilities that enhance the member experience across various digital touchpoints.
Driving product strategy and roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders and product management.
Ensuring the longevity, scalability, and quality of our systems through continuous improvement, comprehensive documentation, and meticulous profiling.

Collaborates with Product Managers and technology stakeholders (Engineers, Architects) to strategically align the product backlog with the overall product vision and strategy.
Leads and is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the product backlog.
Leads and facilitates all scrum meetings, including planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and prioritization.
Oversees the execution of business demos and user acceptance testing activities, with support from business and technology team members.
Proficient in Agile development processes.
Experience Required:
12+ years of experience
~10+ years of experience as a technical Product Owner, preferably in a retail environment
~5+ years of experience working with eCommerce systems
~10+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, ADO, JIRA)
~10+ years of experience delivering projects involving multiple teams, departments, and business stakeholders
~ Deep technical expertise in microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
~ Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, effectively conveying product vision, issues, risks, and dependencies, and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
~ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills

Knowledge and experience with Order Management Systems
Proven experience in defining and managing OKRs to drive strategic outcomes
Order Management Systems, SOX / PII / PCI / CCPA / HIPAA compliance, OKR management.
