What you'll do :
Strategic Marketing Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Define target customer segments and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies.
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
Drive product-led journey lead generation initiatives to expand the customer base
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates and return on investment (ROI)
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and support the sales funnel in a coordinated and effective manner.
Brand Development and Management:
Develop and maintain a strong, differentiated brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Develop and manage brand guidelines to maintain brand consistency across the organization.
Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
Leverage content marketing to drive brand awareness, engage prospects and customers, and support lead-generation efforts.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives.
Utilize marketing analytics and data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Provide regular reports to the executive team on marketing performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Team leadership & development:
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
Set performance goals for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and accountability within the operations team.

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of senior marketing leadership driving results in the software industry.
Understanding of the Saa S business models, target markets, and customer acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that have a measurable impact.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and SEO.
Comfortable with data analysis and data-driven decision-making
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a focus on building strong cross-functional relationships.
Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
