POSITION: New Product Development Head

LOCATION: CULT Gr Noida

Job Summary:

Lead and manage the product development process for a category of bicycle products from concept to first delivery. Key responsibilities include identifying market trends and consumer needs, developing product strategy and roadmaps, and executing product development from start to finish which includes, but is not limited to; communicating and executing the responsible product range to internal and external teams, selecting product specifications, assisting on colour and graphic art files, interacting with suppliers and manufacturing as directed, and adhering to global product guidelines and processes.

Specific Roles:

● Product Visionary: Define product strategy and vision.

● Team Leader: Manage and motivate NPD teams.

● Project Manager: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.

● Technical Expert: Provide technical guidance and oversight.

● Stakeholder Manager: Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.

● Innovation Catalyst: Foster innovation and creativity.

● Risk Manager: Identify and mitigate risks.

● Process Improver: Continuously improve NPD processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

● 10+ years of experience in NPD, product management, or related roles.

● Strong leadership and project management skills.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

● Technical expertise in product development.

● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

● Familiarity with NPD methodologies (e.g., Agile, Stage-Gate).

● Certification in NPD, project management, or related fields (e.g., PMP, CPM)
