Senior Manager US Talent Acquisition We are on the move In Rhythm is seeking talented and highly-motivated full life cycle recruiters to help us double the size of the company in the next year and then do it again, and again The Talent Acquisition Team is not alone in this task - In Rhythm has a fully supportive Leadership Team and Hiring Managers along with an efficient and fast hiring process to make rapid growth work. Then come on board and let’s get to work What you bring to the table 12+ years of professional-level corporate recruiting experience, managing end to end recruiting processes at complex organisations Proven track record of creating a scalable recruiting process to accelerate company growth Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens and in person interviews Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics on a daily basis (calls made, candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, TTF) Experience consulting with senior leaders to map out human capital needs, short term and long term Prior experience managing third party relationships Excellent candidate management capabilities including managing salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to "close" Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources Ability to successfully manage multiple requirements at a time with a heavy focus on shortening time to fill timelines Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business Source, vet and close bar-raising technical consultants into our consulting practice areas Source candidates using best practices search strategies beyond just job boards. Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to. This includes pre-screening resumes, phone/video interviews, coordinating and scheduling onsite interviews (when that becomes a thing again), and candidate relationship management throughout the entire process Work with Hiring Managers to verify and improve job descriptions based on evolving needs. While doing so, also provide insight into current market availability Negotiate and close offers Occasional collaboration with third party recruitment agencies for certain roles if needed At In Rhythm you will Own your role and its development Learn new skills to accelerate your career Collaborate across diverse teams Act as a subject matter expert to the In Rhythm Community internally and externally This is a remote position but must be commutable to NYC for periodic meetings, events, and compa gatherings.
