Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of top-tier talent for our organization. This role will primarily focus on handling priority recruitment for critical positions, ensuring a seamless hiring process. In addition to recruiting, the Specialist will be responsible for other HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, maintaining talent pipelines, and contributing to HR strategies that support overall organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:Priority Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-priority roles across various departments, focusing on time-sensitive and critical hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, team culture, and organizational needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong match for key positions.
- Manage job postings on relevant platforms and optimize candidate outreach strategies.
- Maintain a high level of candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
General Talent Acquisition:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Leverage various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company-specific hiring guidelines.
Additional HR Responsibilities:
- Oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
- Assist in the development of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals (e.g., employee engagement, diversity & inclusion efforts, performance management).
- Support administrative HR tasks as needed, such as benefits administration, training coordination, and employee relations.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with HR leaders and managers to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR.
- Support the implementation of HR software/tools that improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in high-priority or executive-level hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience working in a IT is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data-driven recruitment practices and recruitment analytics.
