You will have 3 rounds / stages as part of screening process and you will be moved from stage to stage accordingly.ResponsibilitiesBuild, fine-tune, and evaluate multimodal LLMs (text, image, video, audio).Design autonomous AI agents & workflows using Lang Chain, Auto Gen, Crew AI, Llama Index, Haystack, etc.Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).Develop and deploy production-grade APIs (Flask/Fast API, Docker, Git Hub Actions, CI/CD).Conduct independent research on cutting-edge models, frameworks, and tools — then apply findings to real-world use cases.Join impromptu working sessions and meetings aligned to US CST hours.RequirementsStrong foundations in Deep Learning & ML (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, Attention).Hands-on with Py Torch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain (or similar).Exposure to multimodal models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, LLa VA, Kosmos-2).Excellent Python skills (Num Py, Pandas, Py Spark).Experience with APIs, Flask/Fast API, Docker, Git Hub Actions.Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.Self-motivated, independent researcher who thrives on solving problems without step-by-step guidance.Ability to work US CST hours and be available for ad-hoc meetings.What We OfferWork on cutting-edge AI projects in multimodality & agent-driven systems.Mentorship from AI practitioners solving real-world challenges.Flexible but CST-aligned hours.A chance to publish and showcase work (papers, repos, demos).Conversion to paid role / full-time opportunity for outstanding contributors.Application ProcessPlease submit:Resume / CVCover letter highlighting your independent research, agentic/multimodal work, and motivationLinks to Git Hub, Hugging Face, Kaggle, or publicationsAny hackathon results, certifications, or research outcomes????
