Role Description We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Video & Creative Intern to join our distributed marketing team remotely from India. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools to create compelling video content and visual designs that showcase our Sovereign AI platform to global audiences. This internship comes with a guaranteed pathway to full-time employment after 3-6 months of successful performance. Key Responsibilities AI-Powered Video Creation - Create engaging video content using cutting-edge AI video generation tools provided by the company - Produce promotional videos, product demos, explainer videos, and social media content - Edit and enhance AI-generated videos with professional finishing touches - Develop video content for Live events, webinars, and digital campaigns - Experiment with new AI video tools and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends Creative Design & Graphics - Design compelling visual content using Canva for social media, presentations, and marketing materials - Create infographics, social media posts, carousels, and promotional graphics - Develop branded templates and design systems for consistent visual identity - Design event materials including banners, speaker graphics, and promotional assets - Create visual content for website, blog posts, and email campaigns Content Strategy & Production - Collaborate with marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns - Transform complex AI concepts into visually engaging and accessible content - Create storyboards and content plans for video projects - Maintain content calendar and ensure consistent publishing schedule - Support live event production with real-time graphic creation Brand & Marketing Support - Ensure all creative output aligns with Katonic AI's brand guidelines and messaging - Support product launch campaigns with comprehensive creative assets - Create presentation templates and pitch deck designs for sales team - Develop creative assets for partner collaborations and co-marketing initiatives Requirements Education & Experience - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Digital Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field - Portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, or digital content creation - Experience with design tools (Canva proficiency required, Adobe Creative Suite a plus) - Basic video editing experience (any software) Technical Skills - Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and visual content creation - Enthusiasm for AI tools and willingness to learn cutting-edge video generation technologies - Basic understanding of video formats, resolutions, and social media specifications - Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements - Understanding of visual design principles and brand consistency Creative Competencies - Strong visual storytelling abilities - Creative problem-solving skills for translating technical concepts into engaging visuals - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output - Ability to work with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative perspectives - Understanding of current design trends and social media aesthetics Personal Attributes - Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work environment - Comfortable working across multiple time zones for global coordination - Enthusiastic about AI technology and its creative applications - Adaptable learner eager to master new AI tools and technologies - Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects - Collaborative mindset for working with international teams Learning & Development - Access to cutting-edge AI video generation and creative tools - Mentorship from experienced marketing and creative professionals - Opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns and product launches - Skills development in AI-powered content creation and digital marketing - Cross-cultural collaboration experience with teams across Dubai and India - The flexibility of a 100% remote role.
