Responsibilities The role involves day-to-day tasks such as facilitating marketing and maintaining communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and handling all processes related to the acquisition of multiple businesses and commercial real estate.

Various tasks include emailing customers, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and coordinating documents with lenders and franchisors.

This position requires the kind of person that enjoys interacting with people and performing a multitude of various tasks each day as opposed to doing mundane work.

Candidate will learn from an entrepreneur and gain commercial real estate industry knowledge and experience.

Upward mobility includes opportunities for bonus incentives and gaining a mentor with over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience.

Qualifications USA based commercial real estate and land development firm is seeking to fill a remote, work-at-home position as Lead Generator and Closing Coordinator.
