Overview:
The prime responsibility of the role is to assist the Global Sales teams with driving new sales in diversified markets and industries, through supporting the design, implementation and reporting of global and industry-specific sales strategies, projects, and initiatives. This is a diverse role that combines proactive market research, market mapping, lead generation projects and analytical tasks, to help generate qualified leads by providing key stakeholder & reliable contact information. Additionally, it is required to analyze target company organizational structures and be proactive in identifying data for key strategic stakeholders. This will then fuel the Group sales pipeline and flow through the full sales and recruitment cycle, assisting the sales team to achieve new sales budgets and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Combining multiple clients and contact data points and sources, with insightful market information to create intelligent prospect lists.
• Identifying key personnel such as Decision Makers, Hiring Managers, and Influencers with contact details to be obtained for all associates.
• Utilize various resources, datasets, databases, reports, publications, and web content to create lists and project maps according to business requirements.
• Research into industries, clients, projects, and competition, which is prepared to support diversification and intelligent sales strategy and planning. Conduct independent research to uncover additional leads and explore new avenues for lead generation.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the BD, Recruitment and Market Research teams to refine lead generation strategies and tools. Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and effectiveness.
• Develop lead generation tools, initiatives and campaigns which output high quality leads with new companies and contacts.
• Lead Assessment & Generation: Evaluate the quality of potential leads by analyzing datasets and reports to identify high-priority contacts for further communication. Develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at engaging new companies and valuable contacts.
Skills that will make you successful in this role:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting (preferably R2R)
• Team player who can also take initiative and work in an autonomous fashion.
• Results and output driven.
• Comfortable with developing and managing relationships internationally.
• Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable to work under pressure, demonstrating persistence, tenacity, and resilience.
• Strong communication skills.
