About the role Reporting to the Head – Human Resources, Pepper Advantage India, the Lead Talent Acquisition role will be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition including process planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. also includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand. Ensure proper budgeting and planning of manpower. Ensure and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment. Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies. Self-sourcing and hiring especially at the mid to senior level. Ensure a uniform onboarding experience. Work on initiates to create a strong employer brand for Pepper Advantage India. 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector. ~ Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience. ~ Proficiency in windows, Excel and Data / MIS / number management Required Qualification & Experience Graduate in any stream Post-Graduate in HR an added advantage Our mission is to help people succeed.
