If you enjoy guiding parents, managing admissions, and creating a welcoming school environment, we’d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media). Conduct school tours and clearly explain curriculum, programs, and facilities. Assist parents through the admission and onboarding process. Track inquiries, maintain follow-up schedules, and achieve admission conversion targets. Support in open houses, events, and parent engagement programs. Collaborate with academic and admin teams for smooth operations. Requirements ~3+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, customer service, or a related field. ~ Strong communication & interpersonal skills. ~ Pleasant personality with a passion for early childhood education. ~ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools. ~ Candidates currently based in Bangalore or Mumbai preferred (relocation support can be discussed).
