About:

The Events & Media Sr Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all events for LTSCT in all regions. This includes identifying the key events, connecting and managing the appropriate stakeholders and driving the entire event end-to-end.

The role requires an experienced professional and an operational driver and executor who understands the event's dynamics. The candidate must be able to lead initiatives that drive customer engagement and brand visibility, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

The professional needs to be able to both understand and manage interactions with media and promotions of the company's products and solutions. A high level of ownership, proactiveness, and the capacity to develop and drive projects to a successful conclusion must be demonstrable.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management and Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all offline events and activations, including tradeshows, conferences and LTSCT-hosted events (launches)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with marketing and product goals. Manage all stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of events and activations, providing insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Planning, managing and distribution of branded merchandise/giveaways and marketing collaterals for events.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of materials for events and campaigns.

Vendor and Partner Management

  • Identify and collaborate with reliable vendors, agencies, and third-party partners to deliver seamless event execution, in alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with event organisers and manage relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality deliverables.

Budgeting and Reporting

  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, and ROI metrics.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Media management or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in event management, brand activations, Media management or field marketing, preferably in the semiconductor/ energy/ automotive/ Tech industry
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events and promotions.
  • Global experience of handling events in other regions is also preferred
