Role Summary:The Head - Project will oversee the construction, fit out of new showrooms & related works and ensure adherence to launch plan. He would lead the Project's/ Interior's team at Khazana. He would work closely with both senior management and his team of site engineers to ensure on-time execution of expansion plans.Key responsibilities:The key responsibilities of Head - Project would include, but are not limited to the following:- Responsible for coordinating and obtaining GFC for project sites.- Coordinate with all the internal stakeholders for internal approvals pertaining to design, materials to be used, QS reports on material quantity and related costs.- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with the approved parameters of the management.- Responsible for both civil and interiors related to all offices/branches and showrooms of the company for either renovation or new construction.- Responsible for timely execution of projects across multiple locations.- Co-ordinate with Architect to develop store layout & work closely with senior management to finalize the layout- Plan manpower allocation to all sites for construction.- Review progress on a routine basis along with the team.- Adopt best-practices and processes to ensure execution of interior works to perfection- Assist PMO (Project Management office) to track & update progress of new store launch- Update the progress of new stores progress to senior management and escalate issues & support required.
